Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or tampered product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or consumed supplements
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products without batch numbers or authenticity labels
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
Refund Process

Step 2: Our team will verify your claim and approve the return if eligible.
Step 3: Ship the product back to us in original packaging (we will provide return shipping label for defective items).
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
- Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (provide account details)
Replacement Policy
For defective or damaged products, we offer free replacement instead of refund. Replacement products are shipped within 2-3 business days of approval.
